Winter Again
March 6, 2010 by MoPat.
Snow. More snow. Still more snow. But the snow will melt, you’ll crave frozen custard again, you’ll get to see the buds form on the trees then bloom, you’ll get to walk down the middle of Hertel Avenue sampling Italian ice, or sit on the grass at the Square listening to a live band. You’ll get to watch the leaves lose their green and ripen into gold then rust. For the moment, though, you’ve got faith and hope. You’re building endurance and patience. You’re hearty, and you’re full of heart. So keep that in mind as you shovel the snow again. And again, and again.
